Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Deposits:
A deposit is required to book select services. Your deposit will be applied toward your appointment total. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not show up.
Card on File:
A valid card must be kept on file for select services when booking. Your card will not be charged unless you violate the cancellation policy.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may result in a cancellation fee and/or loss of your deposit. Future appointments may require full prepayment before they can be booked.
If an emergency or unexpected situation comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. I understand that things happen and will always do my best to work with you.
